ACCOMMODATIONS

The venue for this year’s symposium is The Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort in Orlando, Florida. This distinctive retreat in the heart of Florida—close to Orlando’s attractions, yet worlds apart, is located on 1,500 pristine acres of lush greenery surrounded by some of the world’ finest golf courses. Accommodations at The Villas of Grand Cypress are designed to provide the ultimate in space and comfort. The ALIS discounted rate is $165.00 (Club Suite) $265.00 (One Bedroom Villa) $330.00 (Two Bedroom Villa)  $495.00 (Three Bedroom Villa) or $660.00 (Four Bedroom Villa).  There is a $15.00 resort fee on all rooms. Resort fee includes in-room high speed wireless access, use of the Academy of Golf Driving Range, health club, tennis / racquet ball courts, bicycles and boats, newspaper, and shoe shine service. Guests well be pampered with large baths, a wet bar, morning paper delivery, valet parking, twice-daily housekeeping, 24 hour room service, a safe large enough for a laptop, large screen flat-panel television, local calls free and in-room coffee.

FLORIDA AVIATION LAW CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION REVIEW COURSE
 & CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS

ERAU’s 21st Annual Symposium provides registrants who are attorneys with Continuing Legal Education credits suitable to meet various state mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements. Registrants wishing certification of their attendance MUST SIGN the CLE Attendance Form that will be located at the registration desk for each day they attend. Certificates of Attendance will be given to attendees at the end of the program.

Florida Aviation Law Certification Examination Review Course

This year the Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee is co-sponsoring the Florida Aviation Law Certification Examination Review Course with the Symposium.  The class will be held in the Muirfield Ballroom B in the Executive Conference Center.  Registration is FREE.  Group lunch will be served at the Club Resturant.  Participants are not required to attend the ALISymposium to attend the review course.

REGISTRATION

Advance Registration is $495.00. After December 4, 2009 registration rates will increase to $595. Faculty Rate: $250; Government Rate: $350.00; Student Rate: $150.00 (copy of valid student ID required). (Government and Student rates do not change even if registering the day of the event.) The fee includes Continental Breakfasts, Welcome Reception, two luncheons, the Gala Dinner, and a copy of presented papers. To receive full refund, cancellations must be received by September 25, 2009 after that date, cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. Substitutions will be allowed this year.
